The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is seeking a passionate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist to support conservation initiatives in Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize. This remote role involves designing and implementing comprehensive monitoring protocols to measure impact, inform decisions, and communicate results for the Trinational Strategy for the Mayan Forest and Mesoamerican Reef.
Travel is required, both locally and internationally.
-Master's degree in a science-related field with 2+ years of experience.
-Experience with cross-functional teams and scientific communication.
-Proficiency in English and Spanish.
-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Desired:
4+ years in MEL, expertise in research methods, proficiency in statistical software, including R, and experience with international donors.
