Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
Supervise kitchen and wait staff and aid where needed
Ensure guest experience are delivered to the highest level
Work proactively to improve to guest satisfaction
Develop/Implement stategies for achieving F & B goals
Assist in the development of marketing strategies
Provide empolyees with training and resources they need to maximize employee service and teamwork
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory position
In depth knowledge in the food industry
Strong working knowledge of resturant managment software and POS
Oversee weekly food and beverage inventory supplies
Exceptional organizational leadership, problem solving and commuication skills
Experience with events and dining etiquette
Commited to delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work flexible hours
Flexible to work any shift assigned (including weekend holidays)
